Terms of service
These terms govern the use of BodyAtlas (bodyatlas.site), provided by Nubri GmbH, Berlin. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
The service
BodyAtlas is an interactive 3D anatomy atlas with lessons, quizzes, notes and, on Pro, an AI tutor. It is study material, not medical advice: don't use it to diagnose or treat anyone. The AI tutor can be wrong; check what matters against your course material.
Accounts
You must be at least 16. Keep your password secret; you are responsible for activity in your account. Tell us at info@nubri.co if you suspect unauthorised access.
Acceptable use
- Don't use the service for anything unlawful.
- Don't copy the lessons, quizzes or 3D models out of BodyAtlas in bulk, or republish the site.
- Don't disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or get around the plans' limits.
Plans and payment
- Free: every 3D organ specimen, key facts and clinical notes, basic quizzes and comparisons, and up to 5 notes.
- Pro (€9 a month, or €90 a year): full guided lessons for every organ, all quizzes with scoring, progress across devices, unlimited notes, and the AI tutor, which has a daily and a monthly allowance; the tutor tells you when one is used up.
Payments are handled by Stripe. Pro renews for the same period until you cancel it from the Account page; cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded, except under the right of withdrawal below or where the law requires it.
Availability and changes
We work to keep BodyAtlas available but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change the service and these terms; if a change matters to you, we will tell you in advance by email.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the damage typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract. Liability under the Product Liability Act is not affected.
Ending the contract
You can delete your account on the Account page at any time; that also cancels a Pro subscription. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, after a warning unless the breach is serious.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from a paid contract (a subscription, a plan or a credit purchase) within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14 days start on the day the contract is concluded.
To withdraw, tell us before the period ends with a clear statement: an email to info@nubri.co is enough, or a letter to Nubri GmbH, Liebenowzeile 22, 12167 Berlin, Germany. You can use the model form below, but you don't have to.
If you withdraw, we refund all payments we received for that contract within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the payment method you used, at no cost to you. At checkout you ask us to start the service straight away; so you pay a proportionate amount for what we provided until your notice: for a subscription, the share of the billing period that had passed; for credits, the credits you used.

Law
German law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. The courts of Berlin have jurisdiction where the law allows it.
